Experience:

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Building & Construction Materials

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction auditing or project execution (road & building projects)

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost control

Familiarity with BOQ, rate analysis, and project documentation

Good analytical and reporting skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Experience working with contractors or consulting firms

Knowledge of local construction regulations and compliance

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Conduct technical and financial audits of ongoing and completed construction projects

Review BOQ, project budgets, and cost variations

Verify work progress against drawings, specifications, and contracts

Identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, and risks in project execution

Ensure compliance with company policies, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements

Prepare detailed audit reports with recommendations for improvement

Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and accounts teams
