Building on the outstanding success of our previous editions, the Career Acceleration Program returns for its 4th edition (CAP 4.0), designed to transform fresh engineering graduates into industry-ready professionals, commencing in May 2026.
This 3-month program is tailored for newly engineering graduates, offering a transformative journey to unlock their potential and broaden their perspectives. The program provides hands-on experience, exposure to real-world challenges, and valuable insights into Bangladesh’s evolving industrial landscape.
Location: Position is based in MohakhaliDOHS, Dhaka. Local or/ and international traveling will be required.
Office Hours: Sunday – Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
Duration of the Program: 3-month, commencing in May 2026.
Candidates who perform up to par will be offered permanent positions upon completion of the program.
