Education:
    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering, Additional MBA degree will be preferred.

Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Local and international traveling will be required.

  • Maximum 02 years of experience, preferably in field sales for the automation / industrial sector.

  • Good communication and presentation skills.

  • Project management skills.

  • Product knowledge of valves, regulators, flow meters & similar products will be considered as an advantage.

  • Being a self-motivated, results-driven salesperson.

We are looking for a candidate who will proactively generate business inquiries, establish and maintain good relationships with customers by helping them achieve engineering excellence in the process industry. The candidate is also expected to contribute to company sales targets by meeting or exceeding assigned territorial goals and expanding the customer base.

Office Hours:

Sunday – Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Promote the sales of products and services in the region.

  • Create technical and commercial proposals based on customer needs.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.

  • Organize & participate in trade shows and conferences to boost product and service sales.

  • Maintain and update the project sales pipeline, reporting potential opportunities monthly.

  • Negotiate business contracts within authorized limits, including discounts and volume agreements.

  • Prepare sales plans & work with the commercial team for smooth execution from sales to recovery.

  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic growth areas.

  • Introduce customers to newly launched products, service upgrades and service contract renewals.

  • Act as a focal person between customers and the company for product or service improvements.

  • Maintain a frequent contact with customer & actively monitor competitors’ activities in the region.
