Responsibilities & Context:
Project Execution & Site Management
Supervise and monitor daily construction activities to ensure work progress as per schedule
Ensure compliance with approved drawing, specifications and construction standards
Coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors, and site staff for smooth execution.
Planning & Scheduling
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, 2D, 3D, MS Project, or other project management tools will be an advantage.
