Experience:

• 5 to 7 years

BSc in EEE / IPE/ME from any reputed university

• 5 to 7 years

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Manage all pre-PO sourcing activities, ensuring timely PR to PO conversion as per SCM policies.

• Prepare accurate CS evaluating technical, commercial, delivery and supplier aspects.

• Ensure efficient sourcing and act as SPOC for all supplier communications for RM.

• Identify, evaluate and onboard new/alternate suppliers ensuring competitiveness and continuity.

• Source innovative RM solutions and align with R&I for future product and cost optimization.

• Evaluate supplier performance, conduct audits and manage contracts as per policy and compliance.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve receipt, QC or damage issues and ensure closure.

• Maintain accurate records and support compliance, audits and commercial processes (LC/TT).

• Prepare monthly sourcing reports and RM budgets, highlighting risks, performance and savings.
