Key Responsibilities:
•Lead centralized HVAC operations for all facilities, including large-scale commercial complexes, corporate offices, and industrial units.
•Develop and implement group-wide HVAC strategies focused on energy efficiency, sustainability, and long-term asset optimization.
•Oversee high-capacity systems including chillers (water/air-cooled), cooling towers, VRF/VRV, AHU, FAHU, ventilation, and BMS integration.
•Establish and enforce standardized preventive and predictive maintenance frameworks across all sites to minimize downtime and system failure.
•Drive energy management initiatives by analyzing consumption data, bench-marking performance, and implementing cost reduction strategies (e.g., load optimization, automation, retrofitting).
•Lead large-scale HVAC project planning, design review, and execution for new developments and renovations within the group.
•Ensure full compliance with national and international standards (BNBC, ASHRAE, safety codes, environmental regulations).
•Manage annual HVAC budget, CAPEX/OPEX planning, and cost control across multiple business units.
•Build, lead, and develop a multi-location HVAC team, including succession planning and technical capability enhancement.
•Negotiate and manage strategic contracts with vendors, consultants, and service providers for major equipment and maintenance services.
•Implement and oversee Building Management System (BMS) and automation for centralized monitoring and control.
•Conduct risk assessment and ensure business continuity planning for critical HVAC operations.
•Prepare high-level MIS reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards for top management decision-making.
•Align all HVAC operations with management directives and support overall organizational growth and operational excellence.
