• Diploma in Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Diploma in Engineering in Power
• Diploma in Engineering in Electronics & Instrumentation

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Power, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas

• Age 24 to 30 years

• Execute O&M applying technical standards, principles, theories, concepts & techniques to perform activities/assignments that may include a variety of complex features under O&M Manager.

• Perform operation required for Boiler and Turbine such as regular operation, cold & hot start-up and shutdown, emergency response to prevent trip.

• Operate and maintenance - all equipment of boiler and steam turbine according to compliance and regulatory requirements.

• Carry out Operation of Transformer, HT Switch-gear (SF6 Breaker & VCB), LT Switch-gear, MCC Panel, TCP Panel, GRP panel, DCDB Panel, MCSP Panel, ABB Unitrol 6080, 11 KV VFD SINAMICS PERFECT HARMONY GH180 Medium Voltage Drives & 11 KV Motor, EOT Crane, Battery and Charger Cum DCDB Panel, Wood ward Governor, HP & LP Actuator, Magnetic Pick Up Sensor, Vibration Sensor etc. (For Electrical)

• Carry out Operation of various types of Pumps, Multistage Pumps, Control Valves, Fabricated Pipe lines, FD Fan, Burners, Dampers, Cooling System, Pump Alignment, Throttle Valve, Safety Valves, Governing Oil System, Gear Box, Turbine Thrust & Journal Bearing etc. (for Mechanical)

• Control instruments of Air Compressor and Ensure proper startups, running and shutdown of the Boiler.

• Diagnose electro-mechanical faults and plant outages and recommend repair of equipment to the team accordingly.

• In case the failure happens, conduct root cause analysis by related drawing, interlock & logic etc.

• Issue work permit e.g. cold work, hot work, lock out/tag out and isolation of any system as per requirement of safely maintenance work.

• Prepare and update station operation records and all other maintenance report.
