Responsibilities & Context:
The Service Expert/Technician will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for a range of products, Diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware issues. Test and optimize device performance post-repair of E-Bike,the role involves diagnosing issues, repairing devices, and ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving technical challenges effectively.
Conduct diagnostics, repair on e-bike motor, batteries, & control systems.
Calibrate speed sensor, display panel, and electrical component.
Ensure safety compliance and functionality of e-bikes post-service.
Providing Out door service (corporate support)
