Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional for the role of Executive / Officer – Internal Audit (BOQ) to support our audit and cost control functions.

The role involves preparing and validating BOQs, analyzing quantities and costs, and ensuring alignment between planned and actual project execution. You will collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to identify discrepancies and improve cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering background, experience in BOQ and estimation, and proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant tools, contributing to accurate, transparent, and efficient project cost management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Vet project BOQ with approved drawings, specifications, and design basis.

2. Review and verify rate and quantities analysis for civil and finishing works.

3. Perform CS (Comparative Statement) vetting and evaluate quoted rates.

4. Validate IPC bill quantities against the approved BOQ.

5. Prepare BOQ audit observations and submit reports.

6. Prepare floor-wise variance reports by comparing BOQ quantities with actual executed quantities and identifying over/under consumption.

Requirement

Education: Bsc in Civil Engineering from reputed University.

Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience.
