Additional Requirements:
- Age At most 35 years
• Strong proficiency in architectural design and planning
• Must be fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Good computer knowledge (AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, etc. preferred)
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop innovative architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings for various projects
Prepare layouts, plans, 3D models, and presentations using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and project teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility
Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety standards, and regulations
Supervise project progress and provide design support during construction
Conduct site visits to monitor work quality and resolve design-related issues
Prepare project documentation, reports, and technical specifications
Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and present design solutions
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
