Job Summary:

M/S QUADER ASSOCIATES is looking for a skilled and reliable AC Technician to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems throughout the Office, House, hotel, Shop , ETC .

Key Responsibilities:

·         Install, maintain, and repair all types of air conditioning and refrigeration systems (split, window, central, VRF, etc.).

·         Perform regular preventive maintenance and safety checks on HVAC systems.

·         Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in AC units.

·         Respond promptly to maintenance requests from other departments or guests.

·         Maintain logs and records of repairs and maintenance work.

·         Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental standards.

·         Collaborate with the Engineering team on other general maintenance tasks when required.

·         Recommend improvements or replacements when necessary.
