Additional Requirements

·         Troubleshooting DOL & Star-Delta starters.

·         Motor and cable fault diagnosis and rectification.

·         Aerator installation, maintenance, and assembly.

·         Ability to read electrical drawings.

·         Knowledge of safety standards (VFD/soft starters preferred).

·         Willingness to work in outdoor/shift conditions.

Responsibilities & Context

·         Strong understanding of 3-phase electric motors, submersible motors, and control systems.

·         Experience with  wiring methods, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

·         Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and manufacturer technical manuals.

·         Fault-finding: Highly developed diagnostic abilities to determine the causes of malfunctions.

·         Precision: Extreme accuracy for carrying out work with electrical components.

·         Physical Fitness: Ability to work overhead, in cramped spaces, or in challenging weather conditions, as aerators are often located outside or in large industrial tanks.
