• Minimum 3 to 4 years of practical experience in electrical maintenance, industrial electrical works, manufacturing facilities, or related sectors.

• Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

• Sound knowledge of electrical systems, industrial maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documents.

• Strong understanding of electrical safety standards and best practices.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working under pressure.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Job Context

RR- Imperial Electricals Ltd. is seeking a competent, proactive, and technically skilled Jr. Executive (Electrician) to support the maintenance and smooth operation of electrical systems and equipment. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of electrical installations and maintenance activities across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, machinery, equipment, and wiring.

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime.

• Identify electrical faults and implement timely corrective actions.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, operational procedures, and company policies.

• Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and technical documentation.

• Support production and facility operations by ensuring uninterrupted power supply and efficient electrical system performance.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers when required.

• Assist in implementing energy-efficient and cost-effective electrical solutions.
