Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for an Electronics Technician with good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla.
· Installation, testing, and commissioning experience in the relevant field .
· Smartly dealing with honorable clients, demonstrating service skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
· Possessing problem-solving skills with a positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, and being target-oriented.
· Supporting the service team by installing, testing, calibrating, and repairing Electronics equipment, training users, and maintaining safe operations.
· Installing new equipment by conducting tests, establishing, adjusting, calibrating, and verifying performance.
· Maintaining equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules, conducting tests, troubleshooting, and repairing malfunctions.
· Working with experienced field engineers on basic troubleshooting and service repair needs for designated equipment.
· Learning to effectively communicate with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction.
· Conducting repairs on machinery/equipment products, and organizing and maintaining a spare parts inventory.
