Responsibilities & Context:
• Strong capability of project management & manpower management.
• Sound knowledge on all kinds of design & drawing including capability to review all kinds of drawings and co-ordinate with consultant or others departments.
• Basic knowledge on BNBC 2020, ACI & ASTM.
• Knowledge on ETP, STP & WTP.
• Ability to dealing with government authority.
• Vast knowledge on construction works including finishing works.
• Experience on Basement & high-rise building.
• Sound knowledge on Electro mechanical items.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
• Excellence time management & leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge on all kinds of bills, MB & others Engineering formats.
• Ability to prepare all kind of documents, work programs etc.
• Ability to works under pressure & work anywhere as per requirement of the company.
• Strong knowledge on quality assurance & control system.
• Good in reporting system & ERP.
• Good computer skills including Auto Cad.
• Ability to improve worker retention by providing training to enhance skills
