• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) students will get preference

• Support the conduct of technical and compliance audits of mechanical systems, utilities, equipment, and maintenance of TBG’s different business units, sites and projects.

• Conduct site visits and inspections of mechanical systems and facilities like HVAC systems, pumps, generators, boilers, lifts, chillers, compressors, fire pumps, pipelines, utility installations, etc.

• Check the mechanical-related expenditure, utility bills, consumption of spare parts, work orders, maintenance cost against BOQs, budgets, contracts and other relevant documents.

• Review the preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance performed by mechanical personnel in relation to SOP, equipment manual and manufacturer’s guidelines.

• Analyse the energy consumption, fuel consumption, meter reading and operational efficiency to find any anomaly or leakage.

• Evaluate the contractors’ performances and quality of mechanical works according to the technical standard and requirements mentioned in the contract.

• Identify any weakness in internal control, mechanical deficiency, safety hazard or operational risk; make recommendations to rectify such issues.

• Prepare audit checklist, notes, and draft technical audit report for the approval of the audit management.

• Monitor the progress of corrective action from Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Facility Management departments.
