• HSC

• Graduation will be a plus but not mandatory.

• Any Professional Certification will be preffered.

• Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions with professional structure and safety compliance.

• Lead group classes with energy, discipline and technical accuracy.

• Design structured training programs aligned with member goals.

• Provide exercise form correction and injury prevention guidance.

• Support onboarding sessions and introductory assessments for new members when assigned.

• Mentor and guide General Trainers and Trainer Assistants during floor operations.

• Assist the Head Trainer in maintaining discipline and order across gym zones.

• Handle member queries and training-related concerns professionally.

• Report equipment issues, safety risks, or member incidents to the Head Trainer.

• Maintain accurate training records and session documentation.

• Support gym events, fitness challenges, and internal workshops.

• Assist sales team by providing technical clarification during premium client visits when required.

• Maintain basic first-aid awareness and respond appropriately to injuries or emergencies until senior authority intervention.
