A. Leadership & System Development

• Develop the Security System: Design, implement, and continuously improve security protocols, emergency response plans, and disaster management procedures (fire, natural disasters, riots).

• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the total security team (guards, supervisors). Conduct daily briefings to align the team with factory objectives.

• Policy Enforcement: Ensure all security staff are thoroughly trained on the company Security Policy and understand their specific duties regarding access control and patrolling.

B. Operational Monitoring

• Overall Surveillance: Monitor the entire factory perimeter via CCTV, physical patrols, and control rooms to prevent theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access.

• Access Control: Strictly monitor and verify the entry/exit of all vehicles, employees, and heavy machinery entering the factory gates. Check ID cards and delivery challans.

• Screening Procedures: Oversee the complete entry/exit screening process for visitors, suppliers, and service providers. Ensure baggage and body scanning are done properly.

C. Auditing & Compliance

• Unannounced Checks: Conduct surprise inspections (night rounds, duty checks) to ensure security personnel are alert and not negligent during their shifts. C-TPAT, 7 point Check.

• Intruder Protocol: Immediately initiate "Code Red" or lock down procedures when unidentified personnel are spotted, ensuring swift action to detain or eject them.

D. VIP & Government Liaison

• Executive Protection: Provide personal security escorts for Top Management, VIPs, and Government Officials visiting the factory.

• Govt. Relations: Ensure compliance with local law enforcement and maintain a good relationship with the local administration and police stations.

  2. Job Requirements (Qualifications)

  To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  ·       Education: Graduate/Master’s degree. Ex-Army, Navy, Air Force are highly preferred.

  ·       Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a senior supervisory role in a large-scale factory (Footwear, Tannery, RMG & Textile).

  ·       Protocol Expertise: Proven experience handling VIP visits, foreign delegates, and government audits.

  • Skills:

    • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

    • Proficiency in Bangla and English (written & verbal) for reporting.

    • Physically fit and able to handle stressful situations.

    • Knowledge of local laws regarding labor and security.
