Responsibilities & Context:
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving modern web applications from both the front-end and back-end.
You will work closely with designers, developers, project managers, and other team members to build reliable, scalable, and user-friendly digital products.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications.
Build user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern frameworks and technologies.
Develop secure and scalable back-end systems and APIs.
Design, manage, and optimize databases.
Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
Improve application speed, performance, security, and scalability.
Participate in code reviews and development discussions.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and other developers.
Manage deployment, updates, and production environments.
Maintain version control using Git.
Stay updated with modern web development technologies and best practices.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Experience with front-end frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, or Angular
Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, Laravel, Django, or similar frameworks
Experience working with REST APIs
Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar
Good understanding of responsive web design
Experience with Git and GitHub/GitLab
Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and web security
Understanding of deployment and hosting environments
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, CSE, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Developer.
Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development.
Ability to work independently and as part of a development team.
Good communication and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
Experience working on real-world web applications and production projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Next.js / React.js and Node.js
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
Experience with Docker and CI/CD
Familiarity with Linux servers
Knowledge of WordPress or CMS development is an advantage
Experience with SaaS applications or software products
Understanding of SEO and web performance optimization
