1. Perform independent quantity take-offs for civil and structural works

2. Prepare detailed BOQs with item descriptions and specifications

3. Develop cost estimates including materials, labor, and equipment

4. Carry out rate analysis and cost comparison statements

5. Review and validate vendor/contractor quotations

6. Prepare and manage tender documents and bid evaluations

7. Produce and review drawings (GA, shop drawings, as-built) in AutoCAD

8. Coordinate with engineers and other disciplines for design alignment

9. Identify design inconsistencies and propose corrections

10. Conduct site visits for quantity verification and progress tracking

11. Assist in variation orders, IPCs, and financial impact statements

12. Strong command of estimation principles and construction methods

13. Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, costing sheets)

14. Working knowledge of Revit or SketchUp (preferred)

15. Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
