Additional Requirements:
∎ Diploma and/or training qualification obtained in Textile Technology
∎ Know-how about test methods,
∎ Knowledge of fabric processing, which includes spinning, weaving/knitting, dyeing, printing, finishing, washing & testing is preferred
∎ Knowledge of woven, knit, denim etc.,
∎ Proficient in MS Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
∎ Good communication & interpersonal skills entrepreneurial attitude and strong collaboration skills
∎ Good command of spoken and written English.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure fabric quality as per customer quality standards.
∎ To assist Production in all fabric & other operational related matters in textile division.
∎ Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the fabrics.
∎ Will be responsible for several Quality matters form fabrics to shipment of goods.
∎ Should have to develop the statistical data for the expectation level of finish products and assure its quality.
∎ Should have to develop and implement the inspection criteria and procedures.
∎ Coordination with buying QC and give them proper support in all quality related matter.
∎ Follow up and maintain all fabrics quality reports concerning Knitting, Dyeing and LAB.
∎ Manage Fabrics quality platform and follow up the running order's quality activities and give the guideline to the subordinates.
∎ Experience working in a spinning mills or testing lab like JTS, SGS, BV, UL will get advantage
∎ Any other assignment given by the management time to time.
