∎ Age at most 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Source Fabric locally & internationally by ensuring cost effectiveness and sustainability.
∎ Trend analysis and develop fabric accordingly.
∎ Communicate regularly with the Merchandisers & any other concerned in order to plan raw materials, fabrics, trims & accessories sourcing as per the production schedule.
∎ Follow-up with production units regarding development programmed.
∎ Deep-Digging of problems and find out technical solution.
∎ Implement the cost savings initiatives by developing new sources and long-term contracts to ensure optimum costs and reliable supply.
∎ Ensure the adequate supply of all required materials, components and equipment to eliminate Non-productive time.
∎ Maintain regular communication & liaise in between suppliers & Commercial Department to congregate ETD, ETA, original shipping documents (Import) etc. to ensure prompt custom clearance and delivery.
∎ Monitoring and evaluating supplier's performance in terms of price, quality & delivery.
