Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good knowledge on Knitting and dyeing, Machine capacity, Cotton & Polyester dyeing , Single jersey, Lycra jersey, Terry, Fleece rib knitting and dyeing.
∎ Overall monitoring as per the knitting schedule.
∎ Participate in planning, programming and scheduling of knitting machines.
∎ Confirm accurate quality of fabrics construction as per buyer's requirement.
∎ To look after all the activities including required yarn, finished fabric, solid dyed, AOP, etc.
∎ To keep close contact with store to know the actual In-house status of fabric and inform the same to factory Management in well ahead.
∎ Fill up the dyeing capacity with orders and co-ordinate with Marketing team for any new/repeat/development order.

∎ Coordinate with Marketing & Factory for any issue/complaints related fabric
∎ Routine follow up of Fabric with the mills supplier to maintain the Delivery Schedule as per Garment Delivery
∎ Coordinating with the Testing labs make sure the fabric meets all test requirements of the specified buyer.
∎ Identifying, Evaluating and the suppliers and placing orders with the right supplier
∎ Meeting Sample yardage and bulk deadlines
∎ Ready to Visit to mills as and when work demands.
∎ Maintaining weekly development and bulk status charts
∎ Allocating developments with right mills and follow up
∎ Strong in analyzing fabric specifications ,colour, quality, defects, etc.
∎ Controlling bulk fabric issues with mills /vendors and avoid delays due to fabric
∎ Able to approve colors, pattern, print during development and bulk stage
∎ Good in maintaining team work, team spirit, able to work with cross functional team holders
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
