∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Training/Trade Course: Informatics Knowledge,Export and Import Procedure
∎ Skills Required: crisis management, Self control
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ EXP data entry in a timely fashion as goods departs from the sewing plant.
∎ Keep a good record system of digital and physical documents for easy retrieval and accessibility.
∎ Create and issue weekly reports of documents status, EXP aging, documentation issues and resolution status. Publish this report to management of Operations, BDC and Plants.
∎ Communicate and give follow up in the case of any issue happen at the moment of export any goods from the plant.
∎ Keep a constant communication with the agents related to shipping (Forwarder, C&F, Transport agent) if any problem arises for the shipment of the goods.
∎ Review and provide an update about the status for direct and special shipments and give follow up to ensure the shipment is done on time.
∎ Perform any other operation-related function indicated by immediate supervisor.
