Experience:
Must be fluent in English, both speaking and writing, to effectively communicate with foreign suppliers, shipping lines, and other international stakeholders.
Ensure the timely preparation of all import documents to facilitate the smooth execution of import procedures and compliance with regulations.
Possess sound knowledge of Letter of Credit (L/C) processes, amendments, and terms and conditions, liaising with banks and other organizations regarding L/C and payment issues.
Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure the quality and timely delivery of raw materials and accessories through import processes.
Experienced in operating an ERP system for group import raw materials, ensuring accurate data management and reporting.
Communicate with parties in contracts to ensure mutual understanding of terms, particularly regarding financial aspects, and stay updated on market trends, material prices, and product developments.
Follow up on the Procurement to Payment process in line with the Procurement Policy, maintaining and updating all Supply Chain Management (SCM) reports for relevant departments.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the supply chain function.
