Strong skills in product and material sourcing.
Applicants should have experience in local Purchase/Media Procurement.
Applicants should have experience in reviewing Price Purchase Variance (PPV).
Applicants must have basic knowledge of imports, ie, Incoterms, Letter of Credits, Tariff Schedule, Customs and VAT SROs and basic knowledge of VAT and Taxes.
Applicants must have good negotiation skills.
Applicants should have good interpersonal communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job context: We are looking for a dynamic and energetic person who has at least 02 years of proven experience in local procurement and media procurement.
Job descriptions:
To ensure delivery of high quality and low cost with minimal lead time.
To negotiate prices & terms with suppliers and vendors.
To implement procedures to evaluate or select suppliers.
To maintain all advances and adjust to purchase ledger.
To update PO / INDENT register as well as internal office files To prepare different types of reports/statements to meet the queries of management.
To prepare all types of Bill/ Invoice collection from suppliers & Receive MRR/RN from the factory for payment process.
To prepare Journal Voucher and Payment Voucher entries in the Party Ledger.
To prepare payment status & send to Reporting Boss weekly basis.
To prepare purchase orders/work orders and get approval from the respective authority.
To prepare monthly indent status and monthly raw material forecast.
To prepare RFQ / Tender and float inquiries to approved vendors for spare parts and consumables.
To visit the market frequently, New Product Sourcing, Supplier Development & On time Material delivery arrangements.
To maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
To ensure receiving, storing and supply raw materials independently.
To ensure proper documentation in the ledger of the materials.
