• B.Sc. in Food Engineering/Food Technology/Food Science/Biochemistry/Applied Chemistry from a reputed University

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

• Age At most 35 years

• Experience in QA with the similar role & industry will get preference

• Candidates with certified training in ISO-22000/HACCP/GHP/GLP/BRC/HALAL and other food safety related course will get preference

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Must be highly motivated to work in the plant

• Willingness to travel as needed

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage Quality Assurance (QA) activities to ensure full compliance with food safety regulations, company standards and frozen food handling protocols

• Develop, implement and maintain quality systems including GMP, HACCP, ISO and other relevant certifications as directed by the Factory Head with focus on cold chain integrity and temperature-sensitive processes

• Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials in-process items and finished frozen goods to ensure compliance with sensory and physical quality standards

• Monitor physical and chemical testing for all Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), Semi-Finished Goods (SFG), and Finished Goods (FG) including cold chain activities

• Conduct daily sampling and evaluation of semi-finished and finished frozen products as per SOPs; assessing key parameters such as size, shape, texture (pre- and post-thaw), microbial safety and physical integrity.

• Monitor hygiene, pest control, sanitation, allergen handling and equipment cleanliness programs on shift-wise with special focus on frozen food production zones and freezer equipment
