Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production, QMS and Technical Audit, QUALITY ASSURANCE, Quality control
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing quality control audit plans.
∎ To conduct QMS audit in regular basis.
∎ To make sure technical audit requirement.
∎ Identifying testing parameters for products.
∎ Evaluating production stages and testing the composition, appearance, and functionality of completed products.
∎ Find problems in garments and make root cause analysis of defects.
∎ Highlight problems/ faults/ discrepancies in production.
∎ Assist to take immediate corrective actions and solve the problems
∎ To ensure that quality of garments delivered to buyer are in line with their needs and company's objects.
∎ To ensure periodically inspect and calibrate auditing tools (e.g., scales, calipers, GSM Cutter, Measuring tape etc)
∎ Assigning team members to quality audits and overseeing their work.
∎ Documenting defects and recommendations for improvement.
∎ Preparing and presenting quality audit reports to senior management.
∎ Assist with follow-up audits as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience as QMS Auditor
∎ Should know MMR issue & QMS standard.
∎ Good command over English and able to issue inspection report and email communication in English
∎ Proficiency in MS Excel/Word/Outlook
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Strong leadership quality to drive self-inspection model
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
