Job Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment process (factory related) of qualified job applicants for required positions
Ensure on time onboarding of candidates with the collaboration of CHQ team
Assist in analyzing and preparing manpower planning budgeting for factories and other locations
Maintain a good relationship with reputed educational institutions to hire talents.
Foster a positive factory environment by resolving ER/IR issues proactively.
Lead internship and apprenticeship program in factory.
Perform any other duties as assigned
