  • Prefer working in HR & Admin department of Electrical industries (Switch Socket, LED lights, Fan, Circuit breaker, and Exhaust Fan etc.)

  • Ideal candidate must possess IT skills for example operating sales software, HR software, emailing, Microsoft office proficiency, Drafting proficiency both at Bangla & English



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain daily records of Attendance & Leave of all the employees.

  • Recruitment Process, Handling Joining new employee & departure process.

  • Maintain various files including employee personal files, recruitment & other benefits file and so on.

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

  • Coordinate the arrangements of meetings, and events.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.

  • Assist in the preparation of Attendance & Leave reports, presentations, Appraisal, and other documents.

  • Handle day-to-day administrative & HR tasks as per instructions.

  • Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a high level of integrity.

  • Implement core HR practices under company policy to ensure professional HR services and continuously review the best practices.

  • Maintain HRIS software & entry the data for all the employees personal, attendance, leave information & generate reports

  • Payroll administration

  • Drafting different kinds of official letter.

  • Sound Knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law.
