Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an agile, self-driven professional having aptitude on core HR function.
∎ Organization Background: MNC/ Reputed organization where systematic approaches are placed.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure factory’s manpower planning.
∎ Provide necessary assistance for recruitment process of the factory.
∎ Maintain employee’s personal files, records and keep it up to date.
∎ Assist in factory documentation works as per requirements.
∎ Check & prepare daily attendance report and share same to management accordingly.
∎ Coordinate Performance Appraisal of factory employees.
∎ To prepare various letters & memos e.g. Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Increment Letter, Promotion Letter, Transfer Letter etc. as and when required.
∎ To assist orientation/induction Programs of newly joined employees.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ To excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
