Spinning, Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular monitoring of all compliance status in line with buyer's requirements adhering to relevant laws of the country and international standards.
∎ To ensure Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Fire, Building, Electrical, Health & Safety issues etc.
∎ Should have Sound Knowledge on OCS, GOTS, Organic, BCI & others spinning certification audit.
∎ Support 3rd party factory audits as per buyers' requirements.
∎ Handling disciplinary matters, Grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & worker engagement etc.
∎ Find out all Non-compliance issues & take necessary step to solve them
∎ Prepare a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) with target date line against audit reports for Buyer
∎ Handling Leave Management, performance appraisal, improves worker migration, reduce absenteeism and motivate employees for better performance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ The applicant should have Sound knowledge on Human Resource Management, BLL- 2006, Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015 and other industrial and environmental laws, safety rules and regulations.
