Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Order Receive and Documentation
∎ a. Projection Order and confirm order enquiry & Order Sheet receive from merchandiser
∎ b. Check yarn Availability during Order Inquiry and before Order Confirmation
∎ c. Follow Up Projection Order according to TOD, OPD
∎ 2. BOM Creation and Follow UP
∎ a. Order sheet send to CAD and IE for Consumption
∎ b. Arrange A/W, BOM sheet, Order specification, fabric confirmation from merchandiser, PDM and sample dept.
∎ c. AOP/ digital Print information, ground Color, m/c & print type collect from AOP & digital Print department.
∎ d. Create BOM for Fabric, Accessories and Trims, Sewing Thread
∎ 3. Requisitions creation and Follow Up
∎ a. Create Requisitions for fabric, Trims (Inhouse)
∎ b. Fabric Requisition send to MPC, Elastic Requisition Send to APC/Elastic Dept.
∎ c. Accessories, Sewing Thread Requisition Creation
∎ d. Packaging Materials Requisition
∎ e. For Projection Order Initially send Yarn Requirements to MPC
∎ f. Follow Up Fabric, Trims, Sewing Thread, Accessories, Packaging materials
∎ g. Grey Woven fabrics follow up from store to dyeing & handover to concern supplier
∎ h. Follow up
∎ i. Accessories follow up all buyer such as dyeing & grey elastic, care label, ring slide, buckle, lace, raw tape & outside elastic
∎ ii. In house Main size care label & Pad print label follow up
∎ iii. Metal Hook, Metal Eye, Silicon, Poly Propylene & Sheet foam booking & follow Up(ALL)
∎ i. Follow up Sample Submission and Approval done or not
∎ j. Trim Card making and handover to Responsible Department
∎ k. Arrange Materials before Line Input
∎ 4. Material Utilization
∎ a. Short Note Entry
∎ b. Stock Utilization for Materials (fabric, Elastic, Sewing Threads)
∎ c. Fabric Transfer Order to order in TMS
∎ d. Materials Merging PO Wise
∎ 5. Meeting with different Dept.
∎ a. Participating weekly meeting with merchandiser & other concern department of the factory
∎ b. Follow up the Fabric based on sewing plan and closely communicate with fabric delivery team to support sewing line
∎ c. Meeting with Planning and Materials Delivery Dept. to ensure Smooth Line Input
∎ 6. MO Sheet Preparation and confirmation-This will be Automatic in GMS System very soon
∎ a. MO sheet preparation and distribute to concerned dept.
∎ b. Extra qty Production Sample adding in MO sheet
∎ 7. Country Breakdown:
∎ a. Make Country Breakdown and revise as and when required after discussion with Planning department
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates with strong initiative and is dynamic, self-committed, hardworking, quick learner and able to work independently are encouraged to apply.
∎ The candidate must be fluent in English both written and oral and good in general Knowledge.
∎ Computer literacy with knowledge of e-communications is essential.
∎ The candidate has to visit the factories extensively.
