Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow up and analyze Unit-wise Production Reports to track production efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Analyze Shift-wise RPM reports, ensuring all shifts meet the desired targets and production standards.
∎ Follow up and review Machine-wise Production Reports to monitor individual machine performance.
∎ Analyze carding and total monthly wastage percentages and suggest corrective actions to minimize waste.
∎ Analyze auto cone production reports to assess production efficiency.
∎ Follow up and analyze daily bag checking reports to ensure product quality.
∎ Monitor and analyze shift-wise wastage reports to identify patterns and minimize material loss.
∎ Review and analyze MIS report formats for Costing Purposes and provide accurate data for cost analysis.
∎ Follow up and analyze daily statements of finished yarn (All Unit Yarn Report) and ensure accurate records of production output.
∎ Follow up daily yarn stock reports and monitor stock levels.
∎ Ensure accurate daily production data, breakdowns, and wastage entries are recorded in ERP systems.
∎ Analyze count-wise yarn bags reports and communicate results via viber for timely decision-making.
∎ Analyze machine speed, machine allocation, and count-wise targets & running ring M/C speed reports, sharing the data via Viber and email.
∎ Track and analyze weekly production efficiency & breakdown reports to identify areas of improvement and reduce downtime.
∎ Follow up and analyze monthly production, wastage, and simplex efficiency reports for management review.
∎ Ensure accurate monthly bridge scale yarn weight measurement reports are completed and analyzed.
∎ Monitor and report on work-in-process reports & yarn realization reports to track production flow.
∎ Conduct Monthly Inventory Audits to ensure the accuracy of stock records and identify discrepancies.
∎ Analyze Odd Lot & Mix Lot Yarn Delivery Reports, ensuring proper tracking of special orders.
∎ Conduct floor visits as required by management to inspect production processes and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
∎ Assist with audit-related tasks, including internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
∎ Send regular updates and reports through Viber messages and email to ensure timely communication of important information.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
