Educational Requirements:
∎ At least graduate from any recognized institution.
∎ Special training on procurement/ supply chain will be treated as advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial export import, Yarn Procurement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive purchase/procurement orders and requests through formal procurement requisitions and identify the requirements of goods/services, justify specifications.
∎ Obtaining goods in right time at a cost effective price and work closely with the store officers in receiving goods through MRR.
∎ Source/procure all direct & indirect materials as per requirements by maintain organization policy, procedure & compliance.
∎ Specially work with Control Union for Garments TC. BCI, CMIA & Cotton Connected related works through online for on time data transfer.
∎ Search potential suppliers to set the effective procurement Strategy through effective negotiation procedure.
∎ Prepare materials requirement plan & collaborate with Production Planning, Inventory Department & Concern Department.
∎ Follow Up LC/TT & other payments terms, shipping documents (EXP/IP) and maintain the cross-functional relationships with commercials, Accounts/Finance, Sales, Logistic & C&F.
∎ Build and develop relationships with key suppliers as strategic partner.
∎ Provide cooperation to the end users to meet their actual requirements.
∎ Files all procurement related documents for audit trial and future references.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience of Online Certification with CU, BCI, CMIA etc.
∎ Computer literacy and ability to using software is an added advantage.
