Candidates who have experience with logic software will get preference.
The applicant must have work experience in a Yarn & Fabric Store in the Knitting division of a large Garment/Textile industry.
Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
Positive work ethic and results-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
Ability to achieve the target within a short lead time.
Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain accurate records of yarn and fabric inventory for the knitting division.
Ensure proper receiving, storing, and issuing of yarn and fabric as per production requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
Monitor yarn and fabric consumption and wastage to ensure effective inventory control.
Coordinate with production, planning, and procurement departments for timely material availability.
Maintain store documentation and ensure proper tagging, labeling, and identification of materials.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with the system.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and systematic arrangement in the store area.
Assist in developing and implementing store management systems to improve efficiency.
Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
