Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct awareness of workers on general issues like Company Rules, Regulations, Policies, Procedures and Discipline.
∎ Conduct Induction/Orientation program of new join workers
∎ Conduct counselling of Absentee/late/lunch-IN-out/non-discipline workers as referred by HR section, in view to reduce absenteeism, turn-over & discipline.
∎ Conduct counselling of the workers who seem inefficient and efficient workers are lagging behind efficiency as referred by the factory’s Line Management.
∎ Arrange PC meeting, make meeting minutes & maintain all procedure.
∎ Manage weekly grievance box opening & handling al sort of the worker grievance.
∎ Monitor & ensure hygienic, healthy & safe working environment.
∎ Monitor & ensure healthy environment of worker canteen, wash room, toilet area, prayer room.
∎ Maintain all checklist as per company & buyers’ requirement.
∎ Follow-up, conduct training, make payment of maternity women.
∎ Any others task which assigns by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be proficient and fluent in English and Bengali both;
∎ Ability to work under pressure;
∎ Must have excellent computer operating skill, particularly in MS Word (Including Bangla Type), Excel and Power Point;
∎ Well Behaved and convincing
