∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ PGD in HRM is much preferable.

Compliance, Garments HR Admin, Health and Safety, Labor Law, Maternity Service, Welfare
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be able to ensure good relationship between workers and management.
∎ Must be a good counselor and daily counseling to the workers in order to achieving organizational goal.
∎ Able to solve workers grievances in a diplomatic way.
∎ Able to motivate workers for achieving production target.
∎ Independently carry out orientation program and various types of awareness program as per buyer requirements.
∎ Maintain various types of register (Maternity Leave register, Grievance handling register, Orientation training register, various types of awareness register etc.)
∎ To lead the participation committee and conduct meeting as per legal requirements.
∎ Able to face various types of Compliance Audit (BSCI, ICS, C-TPAT, WRAP, SEDEX etc.).
∎ Maintain Compliance Documentation.
∎ Develop the factory as per Buyer Requirements.
∎ Well conversant with buyer compliance & code of conduct.
∎ Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace, safety, hygiene and environment.
∎ Assist the Head of Compliance.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to maintain reputed buyer standard factory & relevant buyer COC.
∎ Must be conversant with Labor Laws 2006, buyer compliance & code of conduct.
∎ Strong communication abilities in Bengali and English both oral and written.
∎ Computer literacy is a must specially in office package.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
