Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct Training Need Assessment (TNA) in Collaboration with the line managers.
∎ Make sure the TNA is conducted properly and recommended training must be aligned with the employees JD.
∎ Prepare a Training calendar and budget based on TNA.
∎ Develop content for in-house training and communicate with the facilitator or institutions for off-the-job training.
∎ Ensure all the training is conducted as per the plan and training record documents are maintained properly.
∎ Conduct training evaluation and orientation for the newcomers.
∎ Oversee the performance management process of the company.
∎ Identify the Key Result Area (KRA) and develop KPI, weight, and target of KPI's also conduct the yearly performance review.
∎ Maintain all HR documents by the guidelines of ISO 9001:2015 QMS.
∎ Review the personnel files and ensure that all necessary documents are available
∎ Assist HoHR in preparing all types of MIS report.
∎ Assist other members of the HR team to prepare attendance, leave, payroll, etc.
∎ Work as a team player and help each other in achieving departmental goals.
∎ Any other job as and when assigned by the HoHR.
