Job Context:
∎ Based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, we are a fast-growing ICT company and are actively looking for an experienced Sr. Sales Manager for our HQ, Dhaka.
∎ Candidates must have sound knowledge in different types of ICT products and services i.e. Cyber Security, LMS, e-Signature, UAM, e-Meeting (zoom), VPN as service, e-Office/ Bcloud, WiFi-6 Solution, Hotspot Services, e-Health Care Solution, etc.
∎ Should have excellent technical understanding and strong relationships with senior IT players within this sector.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with the emerging technical teams to devise technical solutions as per client expectations and requirements.
∎ Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeline.
∎ Lead the ICT sales team in an efficient and effective way so that they can attain their targets.
∎ Establish, and maintain multi-tiered relationships between customer and company to ensure long-term business partnerships.
∎ Ensure after-sales service for customer satisfaction in coordination with the support team.
∎ Set up phone conversations, online meetings, on-site and online demonstrations/presentations, write quotes and proposals, and move the sales opportunities along the buying process.
∎ Willing to constantly review and improve the various sales activity metrics which lead to your sales growth.
∎ Follow up post-sale to ensure that your customers received the benefits they sought with our solutions.
