Logistics Sales, NVOCC Marketing, Shipping Liners or Shipping Agencies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Calling to the customers & fixed the schedule for visit their office. Collect their prospective & requirements then work on it.
∎ Maintain communication with customers over phone & Listen to their expectation and dedicate to support with available sources in daily basis.
∎ Actively seek out new sales opportunities.
∎ Gather competitive market feedback from customers or prospects and share with reporting boss.
∎ Attend shipper export & import query via emails & over phone.
∎ Check container stock with CTG operation team for sales purpose & ensure the availability of container stock to shippers.
∎ Negotiate rate with shippers.
∎ Contact with CTG operation team for ensure the shipper various operation related requirements.
∎ Send schedule to the shippers.
∎ Discuss with pricing team regarding shippers asking rate & give feedback to shippers.
∎ Taking booking from customers via mail.
∎ Taking connecting vessel details from documentation team & update to the customers.
∎ Sometimes visit the MLO office.
∎ Plan Feeder vessel of stuffed cargo with the operation team.
∎ Take special rate approval by mail from trade desk case to case basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
