Commercial Supply, Freight Forwarding, Freight Forwarding Company, freight forwarding sales, Logistic, Logistics, NVOCC Marketing, Shipping
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular dealing with the Local Supplier, Local Buying & Buyer Lesion Office, Embassies and NGO, and local customers regarding sales and marketing to develop the business.
∎ Correspondence with the agent for all shipments as well as overseas sales through e-mail.
∎ Follow up with the customer to keep them update providing schedule, Pre-alert, delivery status etc. and also to fill up all other shipment related requirements & prepare the documents.
∎ Dealings with the shippers for booking and space confirmation.
∎ Provide updates to Buyer & Supplier to their Shipments.
∎ Coordination & follow up with both local & overseas customers, vendors, couriers, shipping lines & freight forwarders on various issues relevant to shipment.
∎ Liaison/communication with merchandising team members as well as factory commercial officials on various issues, shipping/commercial documentations, timeline & delivery of commodities, etc.
