Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect Daily Stuffing Report from Depot.
∎ Check with Operation team regarding export planning for stuffed container.
∎ After getting F/vsl projection, will serve "Pre-Shipment Advise" to shipper.
∎ Share B/L draft copy with shipper for final confirmation.
∎ After sailing F/vsl, share the all docs (TDR, Cargo Manifest, Freight Manifest) to T/S & Destination agent.
∎ Attending the customers query and resolving related issues. Sending the updated notifications like - vessel berthing, change of connecting vessel, delay, shut out reason etc.
∎ Contacting with the shippers for documentation purpose -Draft of BL.
∎ Sending surrender message to the Shipper & Destination agent.
∎ ICD Dhaka Import activities. (Releasing DO, local charge calculation)
∎ Filing all Shipment related Documents vessel wise & submit to Finance.

∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
