Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Front Desk, Front Desk executive, Receptionist/ Front Desk
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attending Visitors at reception
∎ Preparing attendance and sending to HO
∎ Maintain all registers at reception for Attendance , OD, visitors
∎ Communicating between Dhaka and Chittagong office Admin related work
∎ Maintaining all admin bills for Chittagong and Dhaka Office
∎ Coordinating with Candidates for interview schedules
∎ Daily coordinating with the Chittagong import team regarding import arrival & share it with Palash Sir.
∎ Order office supplies when the inventory is running low
∎ Maintain files for Electricity, Rental, internet, and service charge
∎ Monitoring Housekeeping & guest house
∎ Maintaining all employees' documents and filing after joining
∎ coordination with IT team for new joiners' email id and other Admin related work
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Medical allowance
