• 1 to 2 years

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Bachelor of Social Science (BSS)
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE

• 1 to 2 years

• Age At least 25 years

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in tender
• Experience in tender/e-GP submission and proposal preparation is mandatory.
• Prior experience handling government and private sector tenders.
• Strong knowledge of procurement documentation and submission processes.
• Proficiency in advanced MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and track government and private sector tenders, EOIs, and project opportunities.
• Prepare and submit tender documents through e-GP and other procurement platforms.
• Develop commercial and technical proposals as per client and tender requirements.
• Conduct tender hunting, EOI hunting, and project opportunity tracking.
• Maintain liaison and follow-up with clients, consultants, and tender authorities.
• Coordinate with internal departments for technical information and required documents.
• Monitor project updates and procurement notices from relevant organizations.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of all proposals and tenders.
• Support management in strategic business acquisition activities.
