Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma or B.Sc. in CSE/ CS/ EEE/ IT from any recognized universities
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure reliability of Internet service for Customer.
∎ Deal directly with customers either by telephone or face to face.
∎ Response promptly to customer inquiries, complains.
∎ Monitoring total system as well as network traffic and maintaining network equipment.
∎ Provide support, identify problems root causes and provide solutions accordingly.
∎ Direct requests for unresolved issues to the designated resource.
∎ Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
∎ Identify problem and recommend system improvements to improve technical performance and services.
∎ Monitor and report 24X7 internet service.
∎ Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints and of taken actions.
∎ Process support log and forms
∎ Maintain real-time communication and update team members about service interruption and other issues.
∎ Instant report to supervisor and key persons who are related in same working domain.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong knowledge in Network.
∎ Strong knowledge in various Router, Switch such as Mikrotik, Cisco, TP link, Netgear, Zyxel, Belkin etc.
∎ Concept about Networking (L2/L3).
∎ Have experience in customer support or network engineer domain.
∎ Strong analytical skills.
∎
