∎ Masters in Science (Physics, CHemistry)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand the client protocol/manual, test request form.
∎ To assign test as per client Manual/Protocol.
∎ Create a strong bridge between Customer and Lab to deliver smooth service
∎ Responding to client communications or queries on time
∎ Share customer feedback during Management meeting.
∎ Others duties assigned by the management time to time
∎ Ensure 100% Customer survey
∎ Liaise with respective client/vendor for service innovation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills ( both English & Bangla)
∎ Quick Learner & positive attitude

Salary: Negotiable
