∎ Skills Required: Computer literacy with Microsoft Office, Email writing, MS Outlook
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Technical, Textile or Interlining
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Inspect garment accessories for quality, durability, and compliance with industry standards.
∎ Identify and address any defects or issues in the accessories.
∎ Ensure that all garment accessories meet relevant safety and regulatory standards.
∎ Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and standards, such as OEKO-TEX, REACH, and others as applicable.
∎ Provide technical guidance and support to clients regarding the proper use and care of garment accessories.
∎ Collaborate with clients to understand their specific technical requirements and offer suitable solutions.
∎ Coordinate product testing and certification processes with third-party laboratories, ensuring accurate and timely results.
∎ Maintain records of test reports and certifications.
∎ Collaborate with the product development team to create and improve garment accessories based on market trends and customer feedback.
∎ Assist in introducing new products into the company's offerings.
∎ Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality and timely delivery of garment accessories.
∎ Conduct supplier audits and evaluations to maintain high standards.
∎ Create and maintain technical documentation, including product specifications, compliance reports, and quality control records.
∎ Generate regular reports on product quality and compliance status.
∎ Train customers and internal teams on the technical aspects of garment accessories, including proper usage and care instructions.
∎ Investigate and address any technical issues or complaints from customers promptly.
∎ Develop and implement solutions to prevent future issues.
