Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and Cash flow statements.
∎ Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
∎ Inventory Management and Fixed Asset Management
∎ Proficiently manage VAT and tax-related matters, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
∎ Prepare and submit VAT returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
∎ Collaborate with tax consultants to optimize the company's tax position and minimize liabilities.
∎ Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
∎ Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and provide insights to senior management.
∎ Conduct thorough financial analysis to support decision-making.
∎ Provide insights into financial performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
∎ Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
∎ Regularly review and enhance financial procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
∎ Coordinate with internal and external auditors during the audit process.
∎ Ensure timely provision of required documentation and address audit queries effectively.
∎ Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
∎ Implement strategies to optimize working capital.
∎ Utilize the ERP system for financial data management and reporting.
∎ Provide training and support to finance team members on system usage.
∎ Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
∎ Conduct regular performance reviews and identify opportunities for skill development.
∎ Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and ensure the company's compliance.
∎ Liaise with legal counsel to address any financial and accounting-related legal matters.
∎ Undertake special financial analysis projects as assigned by senior management.
∎ Provide ad-hoc financial reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
∎ Any other task assign by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
∎ Professional certification (e.g., CA, CMA) is highly desirable.
∎ Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on VAT and Tax management.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in financial software (Tally Software) and Microsoft Excel.
