∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferably in English from any public or reputed private university or equivalent work experience.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Computer skill, Email Communications, Erp software, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct extensive research to identify potential suppliers and manufacturers in various regions.
∎ Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with suppliers to secure favorable deals.
∎ Evaluate product quality and specifications to ensure the highest standards are met.
∎ Manage all import-related documentation and ensure compliance with trade laws and regulations.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing activities with the overall business strategy.
∎ Analyze market trends and optimize sourcing strategies for cost-effectiveness.
∎ Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain to ensure uninterrupted operations.
∎ Maintain strong and positive relationships with existing and new suppliers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in import sourcing, supplier management, and international trade practices.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Ability to work independently and within a team.
∎ Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint.
∎ Knowledge regarding ERP and digitalization is a plus.
∎ Familiarity with customs procedures and import regulations is a plus.
